If you are looking for a good way to add muscle to your body you may also want to look at things that actually take away from your muscle mass too. I am talking about soda. Soda can actually take your muscle mass and break it down. We have all heard about the bad things that soda can do to your body but I think this takes the cake the fact that it actually takes away from your muscle mass is a big deal. You need those muscles to move your body and the fact that this drink can actually make those muscle less is a big deal that we need to look at even if you’re not trying to build up your muscles.
And it doesn’t matter if you drink diet or regular the problem is the same if you drink either soda. If you really have to have a soda then you can have one just be careful not to drink too many try to keep it less than one a week if you can. The best option is to just stop drinking it all together because it’s just bad for you all around. Also this makes me think you really shouldn’t give soda to kids because their muscles are still growing and need all the mass they are building.
