Kettle ball - September 11th, 2009

If you want to workout and use weights but are getting sick of it all and just need a change in your workout you can try a kettle ball. Kettle balls are all the new rage and are a great way to firm up fast. It is not only a new free weight to use it also has new moves to go along with it and that is a good way to mix things up and change your body even more. You can find a lot of classes at the gym that will use kettle balls and also a ton of videos you can use at home.

My favorite is the 10 minute solution. It is the best kettle ball movie workout I have ever found. It has the best moves and you can shoos what to do and it only takes 10 minutes which is great for those of you that are on a time limit. I know oyu can fit in 10 minutes each day to change your body and take things to a whole new level of fitness. It is easy to hold and the moves are easy to follow so even you beginners can benefit and keep up with this movie.
