If you really want to change your body and make your muscles more defined you really are going to have to challenge your body and make it work for you which means if you are going to the gym and kind of just hanging out and kind of making you body work you will never make it to the body you want. IF you really want those muscle to be defined you are going to have to make your body work for you and that means that you are going to have to do the reps of muscle building workouts until you can no longer do them with good form.

That means if you can do 15 reps of one exercise you really need to do 15 and not stop at 8 because that is what you were told to do. You have to change your body by changing your routing and the way you work out. I promise this is going to be the best way for you to build muscle and make your body the way you want it to be. You can also add cardio to your workout to help you melt that fat that is around your muscles.
