If you’re like me and your biggest fear is that someone will call you for a pool party or that you will be going on vacation soon and need to wear a swim suit then let me tell you it’s time to change. You have one life (you may believe in more but I think I have one) and I am not going to waste it feeling fat. I am tired of all the bad things I tell myself and what I think others are saying. It is time for a change I want to do it now. I am so sick of all the dreaded shopping trips and going out to dinner with my husband’s friends and their wives thinking they are watching me eat.
I have to change. So what do we do now that we want to change? It all comes down to what we already know and that is diet and exercise. I am going to do it and you can do it with me I want to lose 30 pounds and feel great about it so I am going to and I am going to REALLY do it this time no giving up and no quitting. Let’s give ourselves the body we want and the happiness we can have!
If you are new to the gym scene the best way to feel like you’re doing what you need to do and what you think you want to do is to sign up for a class. Classes will give that time you need with instructors that will help you know your posture in positions and give you that little extra bump of confidence you need to make it all work for you instead of against you . It’s also a great way to stay motivated because as you become more comfortable with all the moves you will learn to be more comfortable with your body and your surroundings in the gym.
This will keep you coming back for more and your goals will be easier to reach. The classes also keep you going throughout the class and gets your heart rate going letting you drop the weight faster than if you did it on your own. So sign up for a class there are several to choose from and you can pick whatever sounds fun if you don’t love it than try another until you find one or more you love to do and you will be to your goal in no time.
We all know that in order to build muscle it is important to take supplements and do things that will give you the best chance to increase muscle mass. If you like to work out, more than likely you know that you need to take whatever supplement possible that contains creatine to help with the transport of creatine into the blood system to help with muscle recovery. My Husband is big into lifting weights and doing whatever diet he can to stay yoked. I love to use this word because it is all I hear from him about all the big guys at the gym.
He comes home at least once a week with a new diet, pill, shake, or product that is helping with these body builders get big and yoked. He has never been afraid to try anything from drinking raw egg shakes to taking pills that are the size of my big toe. But in the end he has always stuck to making sure he is eating or taking enough creatine. I have noticed a big difference in my husbands muscle mass over the past year from sticking to the basics of eating right and exercising on a daily basis. I recommend this basic idea and the results will show.
Cellmass is one of the best elements in being able to add on muscle mass to your body. I have been on Cellmass for the past 4 months of my workout and I have been able to see the difference in my own personal muscle gain. I have been able to see not only the size of my muscles increase but yet it seems to be much easier to recover after a workout. Once the creatine gets into the bloodstream, this allows it to be carried to the muscle cells which in turn makes your muscles grow. Cellmass has been an important element in lifting weights personally.
This product is one I stand by and I feel will put me into the next level in my life of looking and feeling great. I have personally taken a variety of creatine shakes and drinks and this one tastes good. Not that taste is the objective here, but it doesn’t hurt when I’m choosing a shake or muscle drink out and if I know it tastes really bad, I stay away. This shake wasn’t voted the best creatine product over the past 3 years for nothing. It is actually in a league of its own.
Creatine - September 1st, 2009
I remember once my husband tied the whole creatine thing and let me tell you it did not work. He would drink the shake in the morning before he would go to his “work out” and again after and then he would go along with his diet as normal. But when I say diet I do not mean he watched what he ate and was carful I mean he watched what he ate as he ate the entire pizza and cake and a gallon of soda.
If this is what you think of creatine as, as a fix all when you just sit there and eat what you want and go walk on the treadmill for a ½ hour and think its working you’re in for a real treat. My husband gained 42 pounds in a month and he thought it was all muscle he would come in with his shirt off and tell me to check out his muscles and let me tell you those were the giggliest muscle I have ever seen. So just be aware that if you’re going to do this creatine thing you are going to have to work out hard and watch what you eat.
Did you know that for 1cm² of your muscles, you can produce 6-9kg worth of power? But how we can use that power depends on how well we are skilled. For example, let’s say a 200pounds men trys pitching for the first time. Since it is his first time pitching, his speed of the ball stays at 90km/hr at the most. But another men that weigh 120 pounds who has been playing baseball since he was a kid can still throw the ball at 120km/hr. Therefore, even if you have less muscle weight, if you learn to develop one particular part of the muscle, you can still use more power with less muscle.
For the weight lefters, they concentrate on using the muscle for trying to left more weights. If you want to increase the power to use your muscles, first of all, you need to build up good foundation. You cannot start lefting heavy weight from the beginning without practising. If you overdo from the start, you can get serious injuries and hurt your joint. So you need to be very careful when doing weight training. Make sure you have someone to help you. Now it is the time to start!
