Basic Muscle Building - September 6th, 2009

We all know that in order to build muscle it is important to take supplements and do things that will give you the best chance to increase muscle mass. If you like to work out, more than likely you know that you need to take whatever supplement possible that contains creatine to help with the transport of creatine into the blood system to help with muscle recovery. My Husband is big into lifting weights and doing whatever diet he can to stay yoked. I love to use this word because it is all I hear from him about all the big guys at the gym.

He comes home at least once a week with a new diet, pill, shake, or product that is helping with these body builders get big and yoked. He has never been afraid to try anything from drinking raw egg shakes to taking pills that are the size of my big toe. But in the end he has always stuck to making sure he is eating or taking enough creatine. I have noticed a big difference in my husbands muscle mass over the past year from sticking to the basics of eating right and exercising on a daily basis. I recommend this basic idea and the results will show.
