Short Workouts - September 25th, 2009

If you really want  to build muscle and make your body slimmer and more lean then you really need to cut down you work out and make it count. I know that most people will tell you that if you want to build real muscles and tone up your going to have to spend more time at the gym but that is just not true you really can get a great workout in just 20 minutes a day you just have to make sure that the workout includes a lot of weight lifting exercises.

That also get your heart rate up at the same time you can do this with either a workout video or you can go to a gym and go to a class. Most of the classes you can  sign up for will be longer than 20 minutes so the best way to really get the work out is to just buy a good video. The best one I have found is the biggest loser videos they are all only 20 minutes and really give you what your looking for. This is a great way to really give your body that tone look your looking for in not a lot of time.
